Our Staff

Kim Jackson, LPC/Clinical Supervisor

Kim JacksonKim holds a B.A. in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling from Marshall University. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina since 1994. Her counseling experience includes working as an Adult services Therapist at Prestera Center for Mental Health in Huntington, WV.; as the Early Intervention Program Supervisor and therapist at Randolph County Mental Health Center in Asheboro, NC.; as well as a “Grief and Loss” Children and Family Counselor at Kid’s Path of Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, NC.

Kim’s clinical experience has included individual and marriage counseling, as well as crisis intervention with adult populations; individual, family, group, and expressive therapies and crisis intervention with adolescents; as well as play, expressive, family, group therapy and crisis intervention with young children. Areas of clinical expertise include counseling those who are suffering from traumas such as, but not limited to, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, grief and loss issues due to death or a life threatening illness,  anxiety disorders, those who are struggling with ADHD, learning disabilities, school issues, and relationship issues.

In addition to being a North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor, Kim is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.


Sabrina Isenhour, LPCA/Clinical Administrator

Sabrina holds an MA in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte. She is provisionally licensed by the state of North Carolina as an LPC-A. Additionally, Sabrina is Prepare/Enrich Certified to work with couples in pre-marital or marital counseling settings. Sabrina’s experience includes Presbyterian Counseling Center, Moses Cone Behavioral Health Center, as well as serving as an Counselor Intern for 9 months at Restoration Place. We are delighted to officially add her to the staff at RPM.

Sabrina has had experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, life transitions, crisis counseling and acute care. She has worked with both adult and adolescent populations in individual and group settings.


Barbara Vaughan, LPC, NCC

Barbara VaughanBarbara Vaughan graduated in 1989 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a Masters degree in Education in Counseling and Development. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina, as well as a National Certified Counselor. Prior to taking time off to raise her children and care for aging family members, Barbara worked as a counselor at Hope Counseling Center in Sayville, NY, and as Clinical Director and Counselor at Colonial Youth and Family Services in Mastic Beach, NY. Her clinical experience has included individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention counseling, and adventure-base counseling.

In addition to her professional work, Barbara has volunteered in a variety of worthwhile endeavors, including the facilitation of grief and loss discussions through KIDS PATH of Greensboro Hospice; presenting teen parenting programs at High Point Regional; and volunteering with the Missionaries of Charity in Calcutta, India.


Sheri Peachey, LPC, NCC

Sheri PeacheySheri Peachey earned a BS in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University in 2000, and an MA in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs in 2002. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina and is a National Certified Counselor as well. Sheri’s clinical experience includes individual, couples, and family therapy; teaching parenting classes using “Love and Logic”; and providing pre-marital counseling using Prepare and Enrich. In addition, Sheri enjoys facilitating “Boundaries” and “Codependency” groups, and she is a member of the American Counseling Association.


Kristin Franks, LPCA, NCC

Kristin FranksKristin is a 2007 graduate of Loyola University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She is provisionally licensed by the state of North Carolina and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor and Certified Christian Life Coach. Prior to joining RPM, she spent time counseling at Rodgers Christian Counseling in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, Kristin has received extensive training on how to serve people in developing nations. She has a special passion to bring the love of God to people who are hurting all around the world. She has traveled to five different nations with her last trip being to Costa Rica, where she lived for three months advocating for human trafficking victims. She furthered this work as a Client Consultant in the Anti-Trafficking program at World Relief in High Point, NC.

Kristin has a deep passion to counsel women from all walks of life and to help them live whole, healed, and purpose-filled lives. Her areas of interest and expertise in counseling include depression and anxiety, trauma, couples and pre-marital (certified in Prepare and Enrich), conflict management, and maintaining healthy relationships.


Traci P. Collins, M.S., LPCA, NCC

Traci Collins received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mrs. Collins is a National Certified Counselor [NCC #283517] and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate [LPCA #A8880]. She provides individual, family, group, and couples counseling services. She understands the uniqueness of every person seeking counseling services and uses a variety of counseling approaches in order to best suit the needs of each client. She has received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and enjoys helping couples and families find a deeper relationship with one another. She has a passion for helping others work through difficulties with communication, intimacy, attachment, relationships, and self-esteem. Also, she has experience working with individuals struggling with career issues, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.


MaryDale Worboys, Counselor Intern

MaryDale is a candidate for the Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, with plans to also be licensed as a professional counselor in the state of North Carolina. She is currently a graduate student at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She has completed all necessary course work and is acting as a Counselor Intern. MaryDale holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Appalachian State University. She has a passion for working with women, especially military wives, and leading them to a place of wholeness in Christ. She has a particular interest in one day providing equine therapy in our community. MaryDale is married to Ash Worboys and they have one son, Hampton, who is 15 years old. While in the intern position, MaryDale is under the supervision of Kim Jackson, LPC.


Temekia Moses, Office Manager

Temekia Moses serves as Office Manager and Assistant to the Executive Director at Restoration Place. She was first introduced to the organization in 2010 when she participated as a model in our inaugural Restoration Runway fashion show fundraiser. Temekia uniquely understands the journey of “birthing a dream,” as she is the founder/owner of the USA Elite and the Women’s Basketball Showcase, which she began as an opportunity for female basketball players who have the desire to continue their career on a professional or semi-professional level after college. This life experience offers Temekia an in-depth understanding of the journey of “birthing” RPM. Temekia has also served as a physical education teacher and basketball coach at UNC-Pembroke and Canterbury School in Greensboro, as well as the Spiritual Development teacher at Canterbury. Temekia holds degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and Augusta State University. In regard to joining the RPM team, Temekia shared, “I can tell God is up to something new and different. Being a part of the runway event was life-changing for me, and I’m so excited to begin this new part of my journey in such an incredible organization. I look forward to the difference I can make in women’s lives through my role at Restoration Place.”
